Cancellation Policy

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked receive a full refund of monies paid, less a $10 administration fee.

Cancellations notified between 30 and 14 days prior forfeit the full deposit. Full payment will be required if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given. A refund will be made if the property can be re-booked.

14 days notice is required of a reduction in the number of nights booked or the tariff for the full period is payable.

Travel Insurance is recommended.
